Water Management Solutions, LLC was founded in 2015 by Luke and Stephen Anderson. Returned home to the family farm, Luke and Stephen realized there was a demand for their specialized knowledge and skills in the areas of agricultural water and wastewater management.

Stephen Anderson
Stephen is passionate about technology, science, and agriculture. An engineering graduate from the University of IL at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), Stephen worked with a large agricultural chemical consulting company and then with USDA-NRCS before returning home to co-found WMS. Experienced with soil, water, nutrient, and erosion concerns in the Midwest and even internationally, Stephen believes that great advice based on simple science and technology should be available to all. Stephen remains an active partner in his family farm.
Luke Anderson
Luke is a University of Illinois graduate (UIUC) with a degree in Technical Systems Management. He has grown up in the calf and cash crop production industry. Luke came home to work full time on his family farm, before co-founding WMS, LLC with his brother Stephen. Luke grew up wrenching, constructing, and restoring projects in his spare time. He continues this passion in the form of heavy machinery operation.
